By accessing or using Voroo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Voroo provides a Shopify app that lets merchants import, sync, and display product reviews through customizable widgets on their storefront. Features include review aggregation, theme app blocks, and dashboard tools.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify store and comply with Shopify’s terms to use Voroo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Voroo only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of our software
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that harms other users or third parties

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed through the Shopify App Store according to the plan you choose. You may cancel or change your plan in accordance with Shopify’s billing policies. Refunds are handled by Shopify.

6. Intellectual Property

Voroo and its content, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your store during your subscription. You retain rights to your store content and data.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process review and store data as needed to provide the Service and as described in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voroo and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for other reasons with notice where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
